Refund policy

  1. Refunds: We accept refund requests for eligible items within 14 days of the fulfillment date which is the date it is delivered to you or the date it is set as ready for pickup. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with any tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item does not meet these criteria. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  2. Exchanges and In-store Credit: We offer exchanges or in-store credit for eligible items within 30 days of the fulfillment date which is the date it is delivered to you or the date it is set as ready for pickup. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with any tags still attached to qualify for an exchange or in-store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the requested item is out of stock, we will issue in-store credit instead. In-store credit will be provided in the form of a digital voucher or gift card.

  3. Non-eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

    • Items marked as final sale
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.)
    • Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, exchange, or request for in-store credit, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer support team within the applicable return/exchange period via email at lilylafleurboutique@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RMA number (if provided).
    • Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  5. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return, exchange, or in-store credit request. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the availability of the item.

  7. Additional Information:

    • Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
    • Please note that the colors of items may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.
