a. Free Local Pickup: If you live in the local area (Evansville, IN), you have the option to pick up your order from our designated pickup location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with the pickup instructions.
b. Standard Shipping: For customers outside the local area or who prefer the convenience of delivery, we offer standard shipping. Due to using multiple fulfillment locations delivery times may vary up 7-10 business days. Also, your order may ship in multiple packages arriving at different times which does not affect the shipping charges to you. -
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders under $75: A flat rate of $9.95 will be charged for standard shipping.
- Orders over $75: Standard shipping is free for orders totaling $75 or more (excluding shipping fee).

Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment or pickup. During busy periods or promotions, there may be slight delays, but we will strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipment Tracking: For orders shipped via standard shipping, we will collect a tracking number once your package has been shipped which can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival. This tracking number will be made available to you upon request.
